Delete your account in HonestMile
- Open HonestMile.
- Open the Account / Backup & Sync area.
- Select Delete account.
- Enter YES when asked to confirm.
- Complete Google re-authentication if requested.
- Confirm the permanent deletion.
The current in-app deletion process removes the account and associated cloud data and also permanently deletes mileage records, routes, odometer readings and remembered places stored on that phone.
Request deletion without the app
If you cannot access HonestMile, send an account-deletion request from the email address associated with your HonestMile account.
We will ask only for information needed to locate and verify the account.
What an email deletion request removes
When a verified account-deletion request is completed, the HonestMile account and associated cloud-backed mileage data are deleted.
Data stored only on your phone is not remotely accessible to us. If you request deletion by email rather than through the app, remove any remaining local data by clearing HonestMile's app storage or uninstalling the app.
Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention or another legitimate purpose. Any retained information will be kept only for as long as necessary for that purpose.
Google Play subscriptions
Deleting your HonestMile account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription.
Subscription management and cancellation are handled separately through Google Play.
